Sorry folks. Just when I was starting to get back into the habit of blogging on the regular and I see some of you are starting to come hang out in the House of Verdad, kicking off your shoes and rummaging thru my refrigerator (lol), I regret to inform you that I’ma hafta take a mini-hiatus. Why do you ask?

Once again, it’s the FAMU/TSU Classic – also known as – Homecoming 2009…at our favorite southern vacation home…THE ATL.

Yep, it’s Wednesday evening and I’m preparing for this weekend’s festivities by sitting in my living room…quietly on my 3rd 4th shot of Patron. Shut up. I’m a Rattler…and I know how to party.

I know most folks don’t understand. I’m supposed to be grown and ‘above’ all that drunken debauchery. What can I say? It’s in my blood alcohol level!!! We work hard…therefore we party hard.
